Warm Cocoa for a Chilly Yorkshire Morning
It was a very hearty breakfast - although its still September in Arizona - nothing like a chilly Yorkshire morning, but the cocoa was a delightful change from my usual tea. I used a small mason jar to coddle my egg. A coddled egg is basically an egg placed within a small container and placed in boiled water. Mine was plain, but you can add cream, cheese, herbs or other flavorings, too. Just make sure your little jar is heat tolerant and water tight. I used to have a lovely little egg coddler, but this works just as well.
