[From Booklady Cooks} What a treasure this book is. It's from one of Flagstaff Arizona's favorite late 20th Century Restaurants. AND it has menus in it. We love menus at Booklady Cooks - reading them, planning them, imagining them. There is something about an entire menu that tells a story. And maybe one day we will put together a collection that features some of our favorites.
Breakfast Menu:
Egg and Asparagus Roll

Berry Salad.
So simple, but how satisfying. I added a cup of Healing Honeysuckle from our Piper and Leaf Collection. Their herbal teas are so well blended, I love the way the different elements whisper at me - they never shout! This one is sweet, floral with the tiniest hint of mint.
