I took the recipe for the Dizzy Oaxacan, and used Sotol (a Chihuahuan liquor similar to mezcal), and Campari instead of Amara Lucano with grapefruit and lemon juice, ginger beer and a sprinkling of chipotle powder, the drink was a delightful blend of smokey, bitter, gingery goodness.
