by Judith Jones

From Booklady Cooks! Is one of our favorite cookbooks in our collection. After raising 4 kids, learning to cook for two was a process! And though this book is about cooking for one, the strategies are just as applicable for two as for one.

Judith Jones is an award winning editor. In 2006, she won the James Beard lifetime achievement award. She is known for saving The Diary of Anne Frank from the reject pile at Alfred A. Knopf, and among cookbook lovers, she is most well known for being the editor who helped bring Julia Child's Mastering the Art of French Cooking to life.

In this book, she shares her love of cooking and especially how she has embraced cooking and dining on her own. Lots of tips, strategies and techniques within. One of the loveliest is her cheese souffle for one. We are so grateful to Judith for creating this recipe!
