Each menu has a cocktail appetizer - something simple and delicious to give your guests or family while they settle in, as well as step by step directions for the days before and the day of. I've used several of these menus with friends and family.
Gone Fishin'?
Cocktail Appetizers (perhaps Garlic Olives and pretzels dunked in cream cheese to which a couple of tablespoons of minced parsley have been added. Or Hot Cheese Balls to be served with crackers.)
