Here at Booklady Cooks, we love a cookbook with stories as well as recipes. This book is just as much the stories of the butchers, farmers and artisans who provide the raw ingredients for the Roman Table. As they prepared to open their restaurant  in Bangkok, they did a deep dive into the origins of some of Rome's traditional dishes.  And while it is the stories and recipes interest us the most, we are never sorry to see such glorious photographs of both food and scenery.
